He received an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of La Verne.; a B.A. in liberal studies from CSU, Fullerton; and a multiple subjects teaching credential from CSU, Chico.
Specialties: Education technology, distance learning, organizational leadership, digital professional learning, and project management. In volunteer service, he served as director and officer of a non-profit board; a member on a city ADA advisory board; and contributed a quarterly column in PN Magazine for ten-years.
